BELIZE CITY, BELIZE – August 3, 2023 – Jasmine Allen signed an exclusive first-look agreement with Belize Global Media (BGM) for her series showcasing independent musical artists.

While details of the deal are confidential, Allen will retain the role as Creator/Director. Titled INDIE ROOFTOP, “the series was inspired by the 1969 Beatles Rooftop final concert – the Get Back project. “Our show is a modern concert series that will feature independent musical artists such as Fana Hues who has gained a sold fanbase which includes having well over two million monthly listeners on Spotify and other popular artist performing live music on a Chicago rooftop and sharing their perspective in an intimate interview”, says Allen.

Allen says she’s excited about the opportunity and her vision for the series and showcasing Belizean artists in season 2 as well .

The 7-part docuseries is poised to attract a significant audience if properly positioned according to BGM’s Head of Music Production, Gerald Wiggins.
